About the role:

Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CRM systems, including functional, integration, and regression testing
Validate business processes, workflows, and data integrity across Salesforce modules
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
Prepare detailed test plans, test cases, and execute test scripts
Identify, track, and report defects, ensuring timely resolution
Contribute to automation strategy and execution (automation experience considered a strong advantage)
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in daily standups and collaborate effectively in a remote, PST-aligned working model

Requirements:

46 years of experience in QA with strong expertise in Salesforce CRM testing
Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing within Salesforce environments
Good understanding of CRM workflows, data flows, and system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in QA automation tools/frameworks is a plus
Ability and willingness to work in PST timezone
