Senior Automation Engineer - QE

As a Senior Automation Engineer in Quality Engineering (QE) at R Systems, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test scripts for desktop and web applications. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, defining test strategies, identifying defects, tracking testing progress, and continuously improving testing processes through research and development of new automation tools and frameworks. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 7 to 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing. You must be proficient in C# and have hands-on experience with FLAUI and Selenium. Additionally, you should possess a strong knowledge of automation testing methodologies, practices, and tools, as well as experience in developing test automation frameworks and test case designs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.
