Job Description

Role Overview: As the FP&A Lead, your primary responsibility will be to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting across business units. You will work closely with BU heads and Operations teams to provide insights that influence strategic decisions. Your role will involve owning P&L analysis, leading forecasting and budgeting cycles, and supporting planning and reporting efforts. Key Responsibilities: - Own BU-level P&L analysis and reporting - Partner with Business Heads and Operations teams to enhance financial performance - Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Develop financial models - Present insights to senior leadership - Drive automation and process improvements in planning and reporting Qualifications Required: - Strong Excel and financial modeling skills - Understanding of IT/ITES revenue models and cost structures - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - CA/MBA Finance qualification is mandatory - FP&A experience in the IT/ITES industry is a prerequisite (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
