As an XR Solutions Associate, you'll provide technical consultation, design tailored XR solutions, and manage client relationships Pre-sales support, project coordination, and collaboration with cross functional teams are key ? Responsibilities Technical Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend XR solutions Provide technical insights and guidance Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly Solution Design and Implementation: Work closely with the solutions team to design and implement XR solutions tailored to client requirements Pre-Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, conducting product demos, and addressing technical queries Project Coordination: Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful solution deployment ? Requirements Educational Background: b tech (Bachelor of Technology) degree in a relevant field (e g , Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred but not mandatory Technical Skills: Proficiency in XR technologies (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, Mixed Reality) Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) principles Basic understanding of programming languages (e g , Java, C++, C#) communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Client-Focused Attitude: Customer-centric approach with a keen interest in understanding client needs Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, project managers) Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and how XR solutions can enhance them Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) and B2B integrations (e g , Salesforce, Workday) ?
