Senior Associate - Operations (COT - Tax)

As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will focus on optimising project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritisation, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery within budget and timeline. Your role in project management at PwC will involve coordinating various projects, leveraging strong organisational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: - Support AC India Tax strategic goals by translating them into actionable roadmaps and deliverables - Ensure all initiatives clearly contribute to broader organizational impact and talent engagement objectives - Own and maintain the AC India Tax events calendar, actively tracking milestones, interdependencies, and deadlines - Develop and maintain event briefs, comprehensive project plans, and checklists for each initiative - Act as the primary point of contact for vendors and third-party agencies, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met - Drive on-ground execution, ensuring set-up, live coordination, and post-event wrap-up are delivered to plan - Own the capture and circulation of meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups to drive accountability - Curate and maintain a central repository of event assets, feedback reports, attendance records, and learnings - Deliver post-event reporting with metrics and insights to demonstrate outcomes and inform future decisions - Champion continuous improvement by compiling participant feedback and lessons learned to enable enhancements - Stay current on industry trends and bring forward innovative ideas to elevate future projects and refine planning processes Qualifications and Skills required: - Bachelors degree - 6-7 years of experience in project management and execution - Respond effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others - Use critical thinking to break down complex concepts - Interpret data to inform insights and recommendations - Proficiency in MS Office and virtual meeting tools (Zoom/MS Teams) - Data analysis capability - Creative problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in highly collaborative team environments Please note that this role demands strong project leadership, meticulous execution, proactive stakeholder management, and clear accountability across timelines and deliverables.,
