Job Description

As a Senior Associate in Network Security, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, collaborating in a challenging yet rewarding environment. Your role will involve providing Level 3 technology support and administration for the IT Infrastructure Network and Security Operations Team. You are expected to showcase your creativity, innovation, teamwork, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and implement advanced security solutions using Palo Alto Firewalls in large enterprise networks. - Proficient in conducting complex troubleshooting across firewalls, network devices, and various user endpoints. - Hands-on experience in managing security on public cloud(s) [preferably MS Azure]. - Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Palo Alto Firewalls in diverse network environments. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of network and network security architecture and configurations. - Support Level 2 Help Desk tickets for Network and Security Ops. - Install and configure Check Point firewalls, set up virtual private networks (VPNs), and perform routine upgrades. - Monitor security devices and applications for performance issues and provide troubleshooting support for clients/end users. - Work with technologies such as Cisco data center class switches (Nexus9K, 7K, 5K & 2K switches), Cisco Catalyst series switches, Cisco routers, Bluecoat Packet-shapers, DNS & DHCP Management, Riverbed Solutions. **Qualification Required:** - Solid understanding and a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience, with at least 4-5 years of experience with Palo Alto & Check Point firewalls. - Familiarity and working knowledge of Cisco routers and switches. - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and projects across multiple teams and technologies. - Experience in managing projects, expectations, and scope effectively. - Strong customer service and support skills. - Excellent communication skills in phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Willingness and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, often without direct training. As a Senior Associate in Network Security, you are expected to have a Bachelor's degree or advanced education, with Palo Alto & Cisco certifications being preferred but not mandatory. Your existing IT support skills and experience should align with the requirements of the position.,
