Senior Associate, Media Analytics

As a Data Scientist at GALE, you will be a key member of our team focused on leveraging your expertise in machine learning, Generative AI (GenAI), and media/marketing analytics to drive impactful projects and contribute to real-world business challenges. With 4-6 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in implementing machine learning models to solve business problems and developing GenAI solutions for workflow optimization and insights generation. Your responsibilities will also include analyzing marketing performance data, conducting campaign analysis, customer segmentation, and basic attribution modeling. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software, and presenting data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will handle data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation, as well as writing basic SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation. Collaboration is key at GALE, and you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions. Continuous learning is encouraged, and you will stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and analytics. Key Skills required for this role include proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development, understanding of machine learning concepts and tools, experience with GenAI tools and techniques, interest in media/marketing analytics, proficiency in data visualization tools, and basic knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms, exposure to A/B testing, marketing mix modeling, customer segmentation, and basic understanding of NLP and large language models are preferred. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
