As a Senior Associate Level 1 (Core Java + Microservices) at Publicis Sapient, you will play a crucial role in driving and translating our client's business problems into innovative technology solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responsible for programming and collaborating with the design team and clients to create necessary artifacts. - Understanding the client's business domain and having experience in projects with Digital Business Transformation (DBT) opportunities. - Combining technical expertise and problem-solving passion to collaborate closely with clients, transforming complex ideas into end-to-end solutions that drive our clients" businesses forward. - Constantly innovating and evaluating emerging technologies and methods to deliver scalable and elegant solutions that align with clients" business objectives. - Choosing the appropriate technology stack based on functional, non-functional requirements, client drivers, environment, and feasibility. Your Skills & Experience should include: - 5-7 years of experience in developing microservices in Spring Boot, covering aspects like security, transaction, Idempotency, log tracing, distributed caching, monitoring, and containerization requirements. - Hands-on experience in Microservices Architecture. - Strong acumen in Data Structures, algorithms, problem-solving, and Logical/Analytical skills. - Comprehensive understanding of OOPS concepts, Design principles, and implementation of different types of Design patterns. - Proficiency in concepts like Exceptional handling, Serialization/Deserialization, Immutability concepts, etc. - Experience with Multithreading, Concurrent Packages and Concurrent APIs. - Basic knowledge of Java Memory Management (JMM) including garbage collection concepts. - Proficiency in RDBMS or NO SQL databases, writing SQL queries, working with Message brokers like Kafka, creating RESTful web services, consuming web services, Spring Cloud/Spring Boot, and logging frameworks. - Expertise in writing Junit test cases using Mockito/Powermock frameworks, practical experience with Maven/Gradle, and knowledge of version control systems like Git/SVN. - Hands-on experience in Cloud deployment/development.
