Job Description

As a Senior Associate in the FP&A team, your role will involve supporting core financial planning and analysis processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting. You will collaborate closely with Business Unit teams to ensure accurate data collection and analysis, prepare dashboards and variance reports, and contribute to financial modeling and scenario planning. Key Responsibilities: - Support budgeting and forecasting cycles to facilitate strategic decision-making. - Prepare monthly financial reports and dashboards by consolidating various Management Information System (MIS) reports. - Conduct thorough variance analysis and provide valuable insights through commentary. - Maintain financial models and contribute to scenario planning exercises. - Collaborate effectively with Business Unit teams for data collection and validation purposes. Qualifications Required: - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and analysis. - Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques. - Understanding of IT/ITES revenue models and cost structures. - Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
