The company's headquarters is in Dallas, TX, USA. As a Client Account Manager at Data Axle, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution, scheduling, delivery, data preparation, and reporting of targeted campaigns for clients. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and the Development staff, you will manage HTML build and QA marketing messages, exercising discretion and independent judgment regarding significant matters. Your key responsibilities will include managing client marketing campaigns, troubleshooting data transfers and integration issues, making process improvement recommendations, handling client concerns with effective customer service techniques, and leading process definition with clients on workflow for campaign assets. Additionally, you will produce reports, analyze program results, proof and quality check projects, maintain client files, handle customer questions and complaints professionally, facilitate client enhancement projects, assist Sales staff in developing recommendations, and perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant work experience, and 1 to 3 years" experience with Adobe Campaign Standard. You should work well under pressure, be detail-oriented, possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and have exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in technology, online marketing, the Internet, basic HTML, and Excel is required. Building productive client relationships, working as part of a team, and applying judgment in problem-solving situations are also essential.
