Senior Art Worker

About the role

We are looking for a detail-driven and highly efficient Art Worker to support our print production studio, ensuring the flawless rollout of artwork across a wide range of printed materials. This is a high-volume execution role, requiring technical precision, speed, and a sharp eye for consistency and accuracy.You'll be responsible for finalising and preparing files for print working closely with designers, artwork managers, and production teams to ensure every asset meets brand, technical, and print specifications.

You will be responsible for

- Take approved design concepts and adapt them into a wide range of print-ready artwork including POS, in-store signage, leaflets, brochures, and packaging.- Roll out high volumes of artwork variations with strict attention to detail and version control.- Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines, technical specs, and print production standards.- Develop templates to support a more efficient production process.- Collaborate with Creative and Marketing teams to understand requirements and deliver accurate, on-time files.- Work closely with print partners and production agencies to resolve any pre-press or output issues.- Maintain clear naming conventions and archiving protocols to ensure asset traceability.- Carry out quality control checks on final files before release.

You will need

- 3+ years of experience as an Artworker in a print-heavy environment (featuring large press output), ideally within retail or FMCG.- Experience in handling high volumes of artwork and managing multiple adaptations efficiently.- Impeccable attention to detail, especially with layout accuracy, typography, and consistency.
