Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Senior Architectural Designer located in Coimbatore. The Senior Architectural Designer will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs, producing construction drawings, and contributing to urban planning efforts. Daily tasks include drawing detailed plans, coordinating with construction teams, and ensuring designs adhere to building codes and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture, Architectural Design, and Urban Planning
• Experience in producing Construction Drawings and detailed Drawing plans
• Strong grasp of building codes and construction regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Licensed Architect status is a plus
