Senior Architect

As an Architect Designer at our company, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting architectural projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve bringing innovative ideas to life while ensuring quality, functionality, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. - Manage project delivery, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication. - Prepare and present design proposals and visualizations to clients. - Collaborate with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors. - Mentor and guide junior team members. - Conduct site visits to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. Qualifications: - Experience: 10+ years in architectural design and project management. - Qualification: Bachelors degree in Architecture. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D Modeling, Rendering (Lumion, Corona, Blender), MEPF coordination, and Structural understanding. - Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, presentation, time management, and client relationship management skills.
