Senior Architect

Education:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design and development of industrial projects, ensuring functional, efficient, and code-compliant solutions.

• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring effective communication, satisfaction, and timely approvals.

• Translate client needs into functional, code-compliant, and cost-effective design solutions.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural, MEP, and civil consultants.

• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery within financial constraints.

• Conduct design reviews and client presentations, and manage all related documentation and approvals.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

• Mentor and guide junior architects and design staff.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.

• Conduct site visits for design validation, progress tracking, and problem-solving during construction.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and local zoning laws.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.

• Supervise and mentor junior architects or interns as needed.

• Support project budgeting, material selection, and value engineering processes.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of industrial design standards, materials, and construction practices.

• Strong knowledge of industrial building standards, fire safety norms, and logistic workflows.

• Proven experience in client-facing roles and ability to manage client expectations.

• Experience in project management and coordination with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Experience with green building standards and sustainable industrial design.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
