Role Overview: You will be part of a multidisciplinary consultancy firm specializing in Architecture, Structural, and MEP Design for various projects. As a Senior Architect or Architectural Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in the preparation of architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with building codes, collaborating with other teams, managing documentation, and delivering high-quality architectural outputs. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare architectural design and detailed working drawings for diverse projects - Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings while adhering to project standards - Coordinate with Structural and MEP teams to ensure integrated designs - Review and respond to design comments, revise drawings based on feedback - Manage documentation for authority submissions and approvals - Review shop drawings and material submittals, participate in coordination meetings - Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of architectural outputs Qualification Required: - Senior Architect: B.Arch degree - Architectural Draftsman: Diploma in Architecture/Civil - Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design/drafting - Preferably with UAE project experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory) and Revit Architecture (added advantage) - Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop is a plus - Strong understanding of UAE building codes and authority approval processes - Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects under deadlines, and possess good coordination and communication skills Please note that this role is full-time and office-based with benefits including internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
