Job Description

Ability to understand purchasing and Planning parameters its functionality Design and establish comprehensive project plans that set the stage for success. Steer Projects with Precision that take the helm from initiation to delivery, ensuring compliance and ownership at every turn. Regularly review and maintain project plans, delivering insightful weekly progress reports. Coordinate and perform UAT related to Enhancements and Bug Fixes with Business Groups/Sites. Work hand-in-hand with internal stakeholders sites, regional teams, IT, and solutions to refine project control mechanisms. Analyze available data to articulate the current state (AS IS) and envision the future state (To Be) for new projects. Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict deadlines on projects. Must possess Very strong English communication and Project self-driven skills. Strong in requirement gathering and gap analysis is an added advantage. Reports analysis and Metrics building. Added advantage if you know MSTR, Kinaxis, Snowflakes, Pulse, SQL basic queries. Candidate working in EMS, Retail and supply chain industry with above skill set preferred and advantage. Need to be prepared to work in a Global Environment that involves all the possible time zones The experience we re looking to add to our team : Education: Bachelor s Degree or Engineering Graduates Experience: 0-3 yr.
