Senior Analyst, Workforce Mgmt & Dialer Ops

As a Reporting & Automation Analyst at Ocwen Financial Solutions Private Limited, your primary role is to design, generate, and maintain complex reports and dashboards while automating repetitive tasks. You will update these reports to align with process and system changes, making necessary enhancements to meet business expectations and drive informed decisions with statistical data. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating reports and dashboards on historical data and building intraday reports - Utilizing advanced tools/programming to automate routine tasks - Building IVR flows, maintaining system configurations, and managing databases - Managing historical call data and maintaining report logic - Ensuring a high level of quality in shared data and reports - Supporting team projects for system migration and process changes - Generating and maintaining client statistics for internal and external audits - Generating adhoc reports as per business unit and department requirements To qualify for this position, you should have: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field (BSc in CS, BCA, MSc, MCA, BE in CSE/IT) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Excel and medium to strong SQL knowledge - Proficiency in one of the programming languages: Python, Java, or JavaScript - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Ability to work effectively in a high-paced and occasionally stressful environment - Strong written and verbal communication skills The work schedule for this role includes a mid shift, with flexibility to take up night or evening shifts when required. No travel is expected for this position.
