Senior Business Intelligence Analyst with proven expertise in leading the end-to-end development of sophisticated dashboards and analytical solutions. Adept at translating complex business questions into actionable insights through robust data modeling, advanced SQL optimization, and the application of statistical methods. A trusted partner to stakeholders, capable of clearly communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Recognized for successfully managing high-priority, complex projects—from migrations to enhancements—while also mentoring junior analysts and driving efficiency through the automation of reporting processes.

Responsibilities :

End-to-End Dashboard & Report Development

• Lead the complete development lifecycle of BI dashboards from scratch, including initial requirement gathering, data modeling, development, rigorous testing, and final deployment.

• Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions, designing efficient processes that provide timely, reliable insights to the business while adhering to established best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Partner closely with stakeholders to deeply understand their business objectives and translate ambiguous questions into structured, actionable analyses and reports.

• Communicate complex technical information and analytical findings effectively to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and alignment between business and technical teams.

Technical Execution & Problem Solving

• Independently manage and execute complex projects, including dashboard migrations, feature requests, and enhancement tasks, consistently delivering high-quality results on schedule.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, such as diagnosing performance issues, optimizing complex SQL queries, and refining data models to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Handle high-priority and complex tasks, leveraging strong experience to tackle the most critical analytical challenges facing the business.

Analysis & Mentorship

• Apply intermediate statistical methods to analyze datasets, uncovering trends, patterns, and meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, reviewing their work for accuracy, quality, and adherence to best practices, thereby elevating the team's overall skillset.
