Senior AI QA Test Analyst

The Nasdaq Corporate Platform is seeking a dedicated Test Automation Specialist (AI) with expertise in software testing for AI based products to join the Bangalore technology center in India. As a Test Automation Specialist (AI), you will be instrumental in delivering complex technical systems to customers and exploring new technologies within the FinTech industry. Your role will involve testing, developing test strategies, and executing tests for AI based products related to Investor Relations and Sustainable Lens Software Products. Joining the engineering team in Bangalore, you will collaborate with a group of passionate professionals to build innovative IR and ESG solutions for corporates. Your responsibilities will include enhancing products, supporting rearchitecture, and adopting new software paradigms. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement automated testing frameworks for generative AI models - Create testing strategies to validate AI-generated content quality, coherence, and safety - Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and product developers - Develop tools for generating diverse test data sets and simulating real-world AI scenarios - Implement automated tests for engineering processes and model versioning - Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on model performance and improvements Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field - 2-4 years of experience in software test automation, with a focus on AI/ML systems - Proficiency in Python programming - Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms and testing tools - Experience in AI-driven application testing and model performance validation Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS for AI deployment - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes - Familiarity with vector databases At Nasdaq, we foster a culture of innovation and empowerment, where individuals are encouraged to challenge the status quo and take intelligent risks.
