Job Summary: We are looking for an Lead AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with machine learning frameworks, and a deep understanding of AI algorithms. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to create innovative AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions. Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to train ML models. Optimize and fine-tune models for efficiency and performance. Deploy ML models into production using cloud services, APIs, or containerized environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into applications. Monitor model performance and retrain as needed to maintain accuracy. Research and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies. Document processes, models, and code for scalability and maintenance. Required Qualifications: Educational, Skills and Competencies: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java. Strong experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn). Knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, etc.). Experience with data processing and manipulation (Pandas, NumPy, SQL). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps tools. Understanding of model deployment strategies (Docker, Kubernetes, APIs). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Experience: 3 or more years of experience Skills and Competencies: Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision. Knowledge of reinforcement learning and generative AI models. Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML model deployment.
