Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer with over 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI systems. Your expertise in LLMs, ML pipelines, model optimization, and real-time deployment will be crucial in successfully scaling AI systems in production. Additionally, you will play a key role in fine-tuning large language models, optimizing training pipelines, and owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects from data to deployment. In this role, you will evaluate third-party models and tools to recommend best-fit solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI efforts with product goals, and lead junior developers while contributing to architectural decisions. Your strong understanding of NLP, deep learning, and large-scale model architectures, coupled with your proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and data engineering tools, will be essential in designing and optimizing ML pipelines for performance and scalability. Preferred skills for this role include experience managing AI teams or mentoring juniors, working knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and embeddings, as well as familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and cloud deployment pipelines.
