Tolanguage is an online learning academy offering structured language and communication development programmes for children.

We are looking for experienced, confident and results-oriented Admissions Counsellors with strong communication, customer-handling and sales conversion skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective parents and provide professional guidance on educational programmes.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Convert prospective enquiries into successful paid admissions.
• Conduct timely follow-ups and effectively handle customer queries.
• Consistently achieve assigned admissions and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions process.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, inside sales, B2C sales, telesales or educational sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing conversions.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customer enquiries independently.
• Good follow-up, organisational and time-management skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Previous experience in EdTech or education sales is an advantage.

Freshers are not eligible.
