As a skilled Senior Acrylic Laser Machine Operator located in Mumbai, you will be responsible for handling CO2 laser cutting machines for acrylic and other materials. You must have at least 5 years of experience in laser cutting, engraving, maintenance, and design file handling. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain CO2 laser machines for precision cutting & engraving. - Work with design files in CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator, or RDWorks. - Adjust laser parameters for different materials and ensure high-quality finishes. - Perform machine maintenance & troubleshooting to prevent downtime. - Inspect final products for accuracy & quality control. - Ensure safety compliance and maintain an organized workspace. Requirements: - 3+ years experience in acrylic laser cutting. - Proficiency in CorelDRAW, AutoCAD, Illustrator, RDWorks. - Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills. - Attention to detail & ability to optimize material usage. - Team player with experience in model making, signage, or fabrication.
