Senior Accounts Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and review the work of a team of accounts executives.
• Handle project-wise accounting, budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting.
• Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, receivables, and payables.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and inter-company transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
• Ensure timely finalisation of accounts and statutory audits for all companies.
• Maintain proper financial controls and accounting systems across all locations.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial management.
• Experience in handling multiple companies and branch accounting.
• Working knowledge of real estate and construction accounting.
• Hands-on experience in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in team handling and management reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year
