Senior Accounts Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented *Accounts Manager with 5+ years of experience* to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, banking operations, financial statements, and accounts payable/receivable, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or elevator industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, TDS calculations, and timely statutory filings.

- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.

- Monitor cash flow, bank balances, fund utilisation, and working capital requirements.

- Perform bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer ledger reconciliation, and inter-branch reconciliation.

- Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and management reports.

- Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other financial institutions.

- Monitor customer outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales team for timely collections.

- Verify invoices, purchase bills, expense claims, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Manage payroll-related accounting, employee reimbursements, and statutory deductions in coordination with HR.

- Supervise the accounts team, allocate responsibilities, and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

- Support budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and audit preparation.

- Maintain proper documentation and internal financial controls.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
