Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Executive with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally ERP, manufacturing industry accounts finalization, and GST compliance. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and capable of managing day-to-day accounting activities and statutory compliance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.

Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries in Tally ERP.

Manage accounts finalization and prepare financial statements for the manufacturing business.

Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and related queries.

Ensure timely filing of GST returns and compliance with applicable tax regulations.

Perform bank reconciliation, ledger scrutiny, and vendor/customer account reconciliation.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities whenever required.

Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and other financial records.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

5–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Good working knowledge of Tally ERP.

Hands-on experience in manufacturing accounts finalization.

Strong knowledge of GST returns, GST reconciliation, and handling GST-related queries.

Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting-related tools.

Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
