About the Role

Senior / Head Accountant

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations.
Handle
GST
,
GST filing
, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Maintain accurate
bookkeeping
and accounting records.
Work extensively on
Tally Prime
for accounting and reporting.
Perform
Accounts Finalisation
and
Balance Sheet Finalisation
.
Manage
TDS
,
TDS filing
,
TDS calculation
, and ensure timely compliance.
Prepare and file
Income Tax Returns
and coordinate with auditors.
Conduct
Bank Reconciliation
and
GST Reconciliation
.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in monthly/quarterly/year-end closing activities.
Identify process improvement opportunities in accounting and financial operations.
Coordinate with internal teams, management, and external auditors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of professional accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience with
Tally Prime
(mandatory).
Excellent understanding of bookkeeping and financial statements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Good communication and team management abilities.
