Senior Accountant Accounts & Compliance

As a Senior Accountant in the Accounts & Compliance department at our company located in Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in managing various financial aspects. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing end-to-end accounting functions such as day-to-day entries, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and journal postings. - Leading monthly financial closing and reporting processes to ensure accurate finalization of accounts. - Managing GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances including returns filing, reconciliation, and coordination with consultants. - Ensuring timely vendor and customer reconciliations. - Driving process improvements and standardization in accounting practices. - Assisting in internal audits, statutory audits, and compliance documentation. - Generating MIS reports and dashboards using Zoho. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with business goals. Qualifications required for this role are: - B. Com/ M. Com/ CA Inter with a strong practical accounting background. - Proven experience in handling accounts independently. - In-depth knowledge of Zoho Books and associated Zoho Finance modules is mandatory. - Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards. - Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and coordination abilities. Please note that the minimum experience required for this role is 4-6 years. Additionally, software knowledge of Zoho Books is mandatory for this position.,
