Job Description

Key Task: A Senior Account Manager is responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records for the organisation. Their duties include examining financial statements to ensure they comply with local and international regulations and providing financial advice to the top management in order for them to make informed decisions. Fostering a collaborative work environment, and taking a lead role in guiding team. Manage and enhance bookkeeping processes, maintaining efficiency and accuracy in financial records. Oversee and lead the preparation of accurate and timely accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Embrace all aspects of an accounts manager role, from financial analysis to providing insights to clients on financial decisions. Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and guide a growing team towards shared goals. Qualifications and Skills: Professional Qualifications: Hold a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., CA- Inter with prior experience, CA) and possess a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience. Detail-Oriented: Demonstrate strong attention to detail in handling financial data and preparing reports. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and tools, and a solid understanding of financial regulations. System knowledge : BUSY, Advanced Excel, Tally Prime etc. Strategic Vision: Bring a strategic mindset to the table, contributing to the long-term vision of Three Boxes Accounting and proactively identifying opportunities for growth.
