As a Senior 3D Visualizer at Xclusive Interiors Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve creating high-quality visual representations of interior design concepts. Your responsibilities will include: - Creating and presenting interior design concepts in response to client needs. - Generating estimates, schedules, and staffing plans for project completion. - Using design software to create sketches and drawings of proposed projects. - Collaborating with clients to define project requirements and criteria. - Managing design projects from concept to completion. - Selecting materials, creating 2D working drawings, and supervising work progress for multiple projects simultaneously. - Researching materials and products sourcing, following industry changes, and preparing documentation. - Taking initiatives for company growth and meeting prospective clients to generate business. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in decorating interior spaces, including consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions. - Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs. - A strong portfolio of previous works showcasing creativity and design skills. - Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills. - Willingness to learn new designing software and ability to mentor team members. - A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
