Senior 3D Artist Developer

As a 3D Artist at our company in Ahmedabad, your role will involve creating visually stunning 3D scenes and assets using software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Corona Renderer, and V-Ray. You will be responsible for modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, as well as post-processing rendered images in Adobe Photoshop. Your creativity will be key in interpreting briefs, proposing solutions, and collaborating with the team to meet project objectives. Additionally, you will need to optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality, maintain asset libraries, and stay updated with industry trends and techniques. Your clear communication and ability to work collaboratively will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Model, texture, light, and render 3D scenes and assets using industry-standard software. - Prepare and composite final output, including photo-editing in Adobe Photoshop. - Interpret briefs, develop visualization concepts, propose creative solutions, and ensure project objectives are met. - Collaborate with production and creative leads to refine assets and overcome technical or artistic challenges. - Optimize scenes and assets to meet deadlines and performance requirements. - Maintain asset libraries, document workflows, and contribute to best practices. - Communicate clearly and proactively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and mentor junior artists. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of professional experience in 3D art production. - Expert proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, Corona Renderer, and V-Ray. - Strong photo editing skills, particularly in Adobe Photoshop. - A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. - Excellent understanding of lighting, materials, camera composition, and photorealistic visuals. - Good communication skills, time management, organization, and attention to detail.
