**Job Title:** Field Visit Executive **Location:** Gorakhpur (and surrounding areas) **Job Purpose:** The Field Visit Executive will be responsible for building relationships with doctors in the periphery, promoting awareness about specialized healthcare services, and encouraging doctors to refer suitable patients. The role requires confident communication, excellent local language skills, and strong persuasive abilities. --- ### Key Responsibilities: - Visit doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers in the assigned area regularly. - Educate doctors about the importance of timely referrals for healthcare issues. - Build and maintain professional relationships with medical practitioners. - Promote services tactfully, emphasizing the benefits of referring patients. - Gather feedback and provide timely updates to the management team. - Achieve assigned referral targets and contribute to the growth of the hospital’s network. - Maintain detailed records of doctor interactions and follow-up activities. --- ### Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical device sales (preferably in a similar field). - Excellent communication skills in the local language; proficiency in Hindi is essential. - Confident and persuasive speaking abilities. - Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with medical professionals. - Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently. - Valid local driving license and willingness to travel within the region. - Graduate in any discipline; additional medical or healthcare knowledge is a plus. --- ### Who Can Apply: - Candidates with prior experience in healthcare promotion or medical representative roles. - Confident communicators with excellent persuasion skills. - Individuals fluent in local language(s) and familiar with the healthcare landscape in Gorakhpur. - Self-motivated individuals with a proactive approach. ### Who Cannot Apply: - Candidates lacking experience in healthcare or medical promotion. - Those with poor communication skills or lack of confidence. - Individuals who are not fluent in the local language. - Candidates unwilling to travel or relocate. --- **Note:** The role requires a proactive approach and the ability to communicate effectively with doctors to promote healthcare services.
