The Opportunity: We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Representative to drive new business in the US market. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and closing deals. This role requires a high degree of discipline, accountability, and a relentless drive to succeed. Location: In-Person with a possibility to work from home in future. Shift: Night Shift (Aligned with US Eastern Standard Time) Key Responsibilities: Inbound & Outbound Sales: Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and promptly follow up on new inbound leads. Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact and qualification to negotiation and deal closure. Lead Management: Nurture leads through the sales funnel, building strong relationships that convert into long-term client partnerships. CRM Discipline: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in our CRM system (Zoho CRM experience is a plus). Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What We're Looking For: Experience: 1-4 years of proven experience in an outbound or inbound sales role, preferably in eCommerce, digital services, or selling to the US/international markets. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills suitable for professional sales calls with native English speakers.
