About the Role : As a Senior Associate , you will work on solving key problem areas and identifying new growth opportunities within the Seller Growth & Success team . Your focus will span across strategic planning, process improvements, and execution to drive business outcomes. For instance, you might be involved in building and executing roadmaps to penetrate new geographies, improving seller experience on Meesho, enhancing assortment, or launching new seller acquisition channels. You will be expected to think 10X, take end-to-end ownership, and drive measurable impact towards business OKRs. This role offers significant opportunities to develop critical problem-solving and long-term strategic thinking skills. What you will do Identify and execute strategic initiatives to solve key challenges in seller acquisition, growth, and retention. Take ownership of high-impact projects to improve seller experience, assortment, or category penetration. Collaborate cross-functionally with Category, F&E (Finance & Excellence), and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment. What you will need Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in documentation and structured business writing. A problem-solving mindset with ownership-driven execution capabilities.
