Selenium Automation Lead

As a Selenium Automation Lead, your role is crucial in the quality assurance process, where you will lead automation testing efforts using Selenium tools. Your primary objective will be to ensure software reliability and performance while also mentoring team members in best automation practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the Selenium automation testing initiatives. - Mentor junior team members in automation frameworks and coding standards. - Develop and maintain test scripts for automated regression testing. - Collaborate with development teams to understand functionality and design automated test cases. - Analyze testing results and report on software performance metrics. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Selenium automation. - Proficiency in Selenium with robotics framework end to end. - Experience with testing GitLab or Jenkins. - Basic knowledge of Python. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools. In addition to the above, you will be expected to have experience with other automation tools like Appium or JUnit, knowledge of performance testing tools, and experience in Agile methodology.
