Key Responsibilities Teach and mentor students in English Language, Grammar, Vocabulary, Comprehension, and Writing Skills tailored to competitive exam patterns. Design structured lesson plans, practice worksheets, mock tests, and strategies aligned with the latest exam syllabi and trends. Conduct classroom sessions (offline/online) focusing on concepts, shortcuts, error-spotting techniques, and problem-solving skills. Provide personalized guidance and performance feedback to students to improve accuracy, speed, and confidence. Analyze previous years’ question papers and incorporate insights into teaching content. Track student progress and maintain academic records. Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, syllabus modifications, and relevant government notifications. Create a positive, motivating learning environment to ensure high student engagement and success rates. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Education, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in English for competitive exams. Strong command of English grammar, reading comprehension, and vocabulary-building techniques. Familiarity with exam patterns of SSC, UPSC, Kerala PSC, RRB, IBPS, K-TET , etc. Ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver clear, effective explanations. Proficiency in preparing exam-oriented material and conducting mock tests. Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills.
