Key Responsibilities: Design, develop & execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts Build & maintain automation frameworks (Selenium/UFT/Tosca for Siebel) Perform functional, regression & integration testing across Siebel, ODI, OAC Validate Siebel Open UI, REST/Web Services, EIM, BI Publisher reports Support Siebel upgrades with automated regression packs Conduct defect triage, root cause analysis, log analysis Key Skills: Siebel CRM testing (Automation & Manual) Selenium, UFT, Tosca (Siebel specific automation) ODI, OAC, BI Publisher, Siebel Open UI, EIM, REST/Web Services Defect management tools (JIRA/ALM) Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC, Agile/Scrum
