The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with proven experience in managing financial operations. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to ensure financial stability. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Conduct audits and ensure accuracy of financial records. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives. Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures. Having knowledge of tax and GST and auditing Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
