Job Title: Technical Sales EngineerLocation: Mumbai / Remote Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in software sales Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach. Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and work closely with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in engineering or industrial software . knowledge of process industries such as: Oil & Gas Chemicals Petrochemicals Cement Power & Utilities Manufacturing Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to generate leads, pitch products, and close sales . Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with industrial equipment and process systems . Knowledge of data analytics or software solutions .
