Upper Chambers is Looking for Experienced Female Front Office Executives! (Joining2026) -
Location: South Kolkata (near Rabindra Sarovar Metro Station)

Upper Chambers, a full-service law firm, is expanding into the legal education sector. We are now offering CLAT, Law Entrance Exams, IELTS, CELPIP, and PTE preparatory courses, and we’re looking for Female Front Office Executives to join our dynamic team!

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Graduate with excellent English language skills (preferred English-medium background)
• Experience: 1+ year in customer-facing roles, or experience in CLAT/IELTS/Entrance Exam-related institutions
• Location: Must reside within 5 km of Rabindra Sarovar Metro Station OR be willing to relocate to South Kolkata
• Age: 21-30 years
• Physical Requirements: Minimum height of 154 cm, well-groomed, confident, and physically fit
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, computer typing, and basic social media applications
• Personal Qualities:
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist students and parents with guidance on courses and career options

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and create a welcoming and professional office environment
• Counsel students and parents on available courses, career opportunities, and educational pathways
• Handle walk-ins and inquiries, ensuring smooth course conversions
• Perform general office duties and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: Competitive base salary + commission & performance-based incentives
• Schedule: Day shifts with weekend availability (one weekday off)
