Key Responsibilities:

• Shop Security & Safety
• Monitor and control entrance and exit of staff, customers, and vendors.
• Prevent theft, shoplifting, or any suspicious activities.
• Keep an eye on CCTV (if applicable) and conduct regular patrols inside and outside the premises.
• Customer Handling
• Politely greet and guide customers.
• Assist in maintaining queue and crowd control during peak hours or festivals.
• Help elderly or specially-abled customers if needed.
• Staff & Delivery Check
• Verify ID cards of staff and delivery personnel.
• Record incoming and outgoing goods and deliveries as per protocol.
• Emergency Management
• Handle emergencies such as fire, medical situations, or altercations.
• Report immediately to the manager and take necessary first steps.
• General Discipline
• Ensure no unauthorized person loiters around the shop.
• Maintain hygiene and discipline in and around the shop entry area.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–3 years in retail or mall security preferred
• Education: Minimum 10th pass
• Age :- 40-45 Years Prefer Only
• Skills:
• Alert and active
• Polite communication
• Basic record-keeping
• Ability to stay calm in emergencies
• Appearance: Must be well-groomed and in proper uniform at all times

Work Schedule:

• duty shifts as per outlet requirements

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
