Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the activities of security guards/officers
Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure safety and security measures are being followed.
Handle incidents such as theft, fire, medical emergencies, or unauthorized access promptly and effectively.
Train and guide security staff on company policies, emergency procedures, and security protocols.
Prepare and maintain records of security incidents, daily logs, and reports.

Education & Experience

Minimum Age Limit - 20yrs Above
Minimum 10th or 12th Pass
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure
Physical fitness and alertness. - Height Minimum 5'6'' - 5'7'' and Weight - Well Built.

Working Conditions and Facilities.

Shift-based work including nights, weekends, and holidays as per requirements.
Location - Junagarh, Industrial Area.(near Bhawanipatna)
Monthly CTC - 14000-15000K
Other Benefits - PF/ESI, Insurance, Bonus etc. Accommodation facility and subsidized meal plan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
