Security Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations , As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all employees, visitors, and assets at our facility. You will lead and supervise a team of security officers, ensuring that all security protocols and procedures are followed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage security personnel to ensure that they adhere to company policies and maintain a professional standard.
• Security Operations: Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures, including access control, patrols, and emergency response.
• Incident Management: Respond to and resolve security-related incidents, including breaches, thefts, and disturbances. Prepare detailed reports of incidents and actions taken.
• Surveillance Systems: Operate and monitor security cameras, alarms, and other surveillance equipment to ensure continuous security coverage.
• Customer Service: Provide assistance to employees and visitors, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while maintaining professionalism.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding safety
• Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure that the security team is well-prepared for any crisis situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
