Job Description

You are a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst with a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) technologies. Your primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining enterprise security solutions such as Forcepoint Email DLP, Trend Micro EDR, and McAfee Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) for our client's security operations. Your key responsibilities include administering, monitoring, and managing Forcepoint Email DLP systems, maintaining Trend Micro EDR solutions, and supporting McAfee DAM implementations. You will be involved in security incident investigation and response across the supported technologies, creating and maintaining security policies, rules, and configurations, and ensuring tools are up-to-date and compliant with security standards. Your role also involves documenting operational procedures, technical configurations, and change requests, providing input to risk assessments, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance security posture. You are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or relevant experience, along with hands-on experience in Forcepoint Email DLP, Trend Micro EDR, and McAfee DAM. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of network protocols, data flow, and cybersecurity frameworks, as well as experience in incident response, forensics, and security event correlation. Familiarity with ITIL processes, compliance standards, and certifications like Forcepoint Certified Security Specialist, Trend Micro Certified Professional, and McAfee Certified Product Specialist are desired. Your soft skills should include excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and documentation skills, the ability to work independently and in a team within client-facing environments, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities under pressure. This is a full-time position based at the client site in Mumbai, India.,
