Position Overview

We are seeking a disciplined, vigilant, and committed Security Guard with a strong sense of integrity. Candidates with an Army / Defence background and residents of Udupi district will be given top preference. The role demands alertness, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to handle emergency scenarios with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure overall safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property.
• Conduct regular patrolling of the premises and report any suspicious activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points and maintain visitor logs as required.
• Assist in emergency response, evacuation procedures, and first-level crisis management.
• Maintain CCTV and surveillance oversight as per hotel protocols.
• Ensure adherence to hotel security SOPs at all times.
• Coordinate with local authorities when required.
• Provide courteous assistance to guests while maintaining professional decorum.
• Ensure safety compliance in all areas including fire safety equipment and hazard identification.

Requirements

• Mandatory Army/Defence background (retired personnel preferred).
• Local resident of Udupi district, Karnataka.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in security operations; hospitality experience is an added advantage.
• Physically fit, alert, and able to work in rotational shifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of basic security equipment and emergency protocols.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professional conduct.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
