About The Company: Hindustan Hydraulics (HHPL) was incorporated in 1965 by our CMD- M.M.S Khosla, with the mission to cater to the growing Indian industrial sector's requirement for Sheet Metal Solutions, matching the best in the international markets. Job Title: Security Guard Working Hours: 12-Hour Shift (Day/Night Rotation) Employment Type: Full-time (Company Payroll – No Agency) Key Responsibilities: Guard the factory premises and ensure overall security at all times. Conduct regular round checks within and around the premises. Monitor and control the entry/exit of manpower and visitors. Maintain security-related registers (visitor log, shift register, etc.). Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to concerned authorities. Ensure discipline and adherence to security protocols at the entry gate. Requirements: Physically fit and alert. Prior experience in industrial/factory security preferred. Willingness to work both day and night shifts on rotation.
