Security field officer

You will effectively work with all clients and stakeholders to maintain strong and positive relationships. As an Ex-Servicemen field officer, you will be responsible for arranging and recruiting guards, as well as overseeing security operations at various sites. Knowledge of the private security industry is essential for this role. Additionally, you must possess a two-wheeler license and be capable of providing on-site training to guards on discipline, physical training, and drill procedures. Building and maintaining good relationships with clients in matters related to billing and recovery is a key aspect of the position.
