Security Compliance Senior Analyst

In this role as a Security Compliance Senior Analyst at a growing fintech organization based in Chennai, India, you will be responsible for various key tasks in a security sensitive, hybrid cloud environment. Your main responsibilities will include: - Configuring and utilizing security testing tools, interpreting security testing results, conducting compliance reviews, and managing security risks - Performing policy compliance reviews of critical infrastructure such as account management, patching, and firewall rules - Collaborating with internal users, clients, and auditors as needed - Participating in infrastructure design reviews and change management processes - Assisting in maintaining security documentation including policies, procedures, and configuration standards - Engaging in compliance activities such as working with risk register and risk management activities, external audits, and client requests - Occasionally requiring out-of-hours work To be successful in this role, you must possess the following experiences and skills: Mandatory: - 5+ years of experience with a primary focus in Information Security - Formal security certification or working towards certification - Good understanding of security capabilities in Linux, Windows, and AWS Cloud Computing environments - Knowledge of security testing and security risk management methodologies - Working knowledge and application of industry security standards Desirable: - Security experience in Hybrid Cloud environments - Previous experience working in a PCI DSS compliant environment The organization values a people-first mentality, professional development, and a supportive environment for all employees to excel and grow.
