Job Description

Hands-on experience with various firewalls including Checkpoint, Juniper SRX, PaloAlto, Fortigate, and Cisco ASA is mandatory. You should have a deep knowledge of networks, operational troubleshooting, and the ability to work closely with global customer accounts. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating firewall installations, upgrades, moves, configurations, and connections. Prior experience in customer support or managed services is required. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential for effective communication. You should be a solid team player with the ability to quickly understand complex design concepts and provide appropriate solutions to clients. Troubleshooting implementation issues during both the implementation and operational phases is a key part of this role. Candidates with a background in managed services will be preferred. Possession of CCNP/CCIE security certifications will be considered an added advantage.,
