Your typical day will involve documenting the implementation of the cloud security controls and transitioning to cloud security-managed operations. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of security governance policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security of cloud-based systems and applications. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies. Develop and maintain security documentation, including policies, procedures, and standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies, and provide guidance on their implementation. Professional & Technical Skills:-1. Must have 9-13 years of experience in security domain.2. Should have the people management and leading experience.3. Develop and implement security delivery governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.4. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement in our security posture.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define security requirements for new projects and initiatives, ensuring security considerations are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.6. Manage the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of our SIEM / IAM / TVM system to detect and respond to security incidents in real-time.Analyze security event data and develop correlation rules and alerts to identify potential threats and suspicious activities.7.Investigate security incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement remediation actions to prevent future occurrences.8. Stay up-to-date on emerging security threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and recommend proactive measures to enhance our security defenses.9. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on security-related matters, including incident response procedures and security awareness training.10. Participate in security incident response exercises and drills to test the effectiveness of our response plans.11. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to leverage their expertise and technologies in enhancing our security capabilities. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Security Delivery Governance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions.
